法政大学経営学部卒業後、カネボウ、住友商事での勤務を経て渡英し、シェフィールド大学にてMBAを取得。2013年に3CSに入所。事業立ち上げから事業再編に至るまで、在英日系企業のプロジェクト・マネジメントに豊富な経験を有する。CIPD有資格のアソシエイト会員であり、若年求職者の就業能力向上を支援するステップ・アヘッド・メンタリング制度のボランティア・メンターとしても活躍。
