After graduation from Hosei University in Japan, with a BA in Business Administration, Takumi worked for Kanebo and Sumitomo. He moved to the UK where he obtained an MBA from the University of Sheffield. He joined 3CS in 2013. Takumi has extensive project management experience with Japanese clients in the UK in the areas of start-ups and business restructuring. He is an associate member of the CIPD and a volunteer mentor in the Steps Ahead Mentoring scheme, which helps young jobseekers to improve their employability skills.
