He advises UK and international clients, including developers, property investment companies, property managers, lenders, universities, local authorities, charities and in the hospitality and leisure sector. Paul provides strategic legal advice across the full spectrum of property matters including to enhance property value by overage arrangements.
Paul’s practice includes property management, investment, joint ventures, development, financing, acquisitions and disposals. His landlord and tenant matters cover leases of offices, retail, factory, warehouse and industrial premises. He handles acquisitions and sales of residential property for UK and overseas investors, statutory lease extensions and tenancies.
His planning practice includes Section 106 Planning Agreements, change of planning use and compulsory purchase orders.
He negotiates and drafts property and complex commercial agreements for major London regeneration schemes, including logistics, site assembly, waste management, and environmental contracts. He advises on construction documentation including professional appointments, collateral warranties and JCT contracts.
