從日本法政大學畢業后，獲得工商管理學士學位，Takumi 曾就職於Kanebo和住友商事。他移居英國后，獲得了謝菲爾德大學的 MBA 學位。並於 2013 年加入 3CS。Takumi 對於在英的日本客戶所有的初創企業和業務重組方面擁有豐富的專案管理經驗。他是CIPD 協會的會員，也是 Steps Ahead Mentoring 計劃的志願者導師，該計劃幫助年輕求職者提升就業技能。
