Adrian is an experienced real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on complex property transactions. Having begun his career at a US law firm, he spent the past decade as a partner at an established City of London firm and has served on the City of London Law Society Land Law Committee. Adrian acts for landlord investors and corporate occupiers on HQ establishments, sale and leasebacks, portfolio asset management, fit-outs and refurbishments, and is recognised by Legal 500 as a “go to” adviser in the corporate occupier sector. He also has significant experience in real estate development, advising developers and landowners on site assembly, infrastructure, conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements and forward funding structures across residential, commercial, mixed-use and regeneration schemes. Adrian works closely with our corporate team advising on the real estate aspects of corporate M&A and joint ventures.
