Having qualified in 1992, Keith joined 3CS, having previously led teams in the City and the South East. Keith’s focus is on corporate finance work, advising international and domestic companies and their directors and shareholders on all aspects of M&A transactions and debt and equity fundraisings.  Keith also advises on a broad range of commercial issues faced by such businesses, from general contracts to IP issues to regulatory compliance.
