UK Compliance Fundamentals For Managers
Every Spring, many Japanese companies in the UK make personnel changes, such as replacing expatriates in management positions or promoting staff to management positions. We are aware that, whilst there is some training in legal fields outside of Japan, in general or in specific areas of law, there is little training specific to the UK that covers multiple areas of law, particularly in the field of compliance.
3CS Corporate Solicitors held a compliance seminar focusing on employment, immigration, corporate and commercial, and other related legal issues. Please note that this seminar was restricted to managers. We introduced the basic compliance requirements which all companies needed to adhere to, as well as explained some points that managers especially should keep in mind.
