Beth qualified in 2009 and joined 3CS to head up the employment law and HR services team having previously led teams in East Anglia. With a focus on complex whistleblowing and discrimination litigation, and in particular disputes within the financial services industry, Beth also advises corporate clients on large scale redundancy, TUPE and restructuring matters across a wide range of industry sectors. Beth worked in front office investment banking for ten years before requalifying into law. She has been ranked as a ‘leading individual’ by the Legal 500 for five years.
