Greenback Alan and 3CS recently held a M&A webinar on the subject of ‘How to prepare for a sale or make an acquisition’. In the feedback response it was clear that there was significant interest in the subject of finding the right acquisition target.  

As our guest speaker we have invited Mr. Gideon Franklin, CEO of Gideon Franklin - a corporate finance advisory firm specialising in the Japanese sector - who discussed target selection and moving to the Letter Of Intent (LOI) signature.

As before, Greenback Alan discussed the tax and financial aspects, whereas 3CS covered the legal issues that arise in M&A transactions.
